We run scheduled transfers to and from San Antonio International (SAT), the city’s own airport a few miles north of downtown, and Austin-Bergstrom International (AUS), about 78 miles up I-35. Both come with flight tracking, a written fare and your choice of meet-and-greet or curbside pickup.

SAT or AUS?
For most trips SAT is the obvious choice: central neighborhoods are 15 to 25 minutes away and sedan transfers are listed on our route pages. Travelers sometimes fly through AUS for a nonstop or a fare that SAT does not offer; in that case a reserved car turns a 70 to 90 minute drive on I-35 into working time instead of a rideshare gamble. AUS runs should be booked at least a day ahead.
How pickups work at both airports
Give us your flight number and we follow the flight, adjusting for early and late arrivals. Domestic pickups are scheduled 30 minutes after landing to cover deplaning and baggage; international arrivals get extra time for customs. At SAT, meet-and-greet happens near baggage claim in Terminal A or B, and curbside pickups use the upper-level north curb. At AUS, chauffeurs meet Barbara Jordan Terminal arrivals at the lower-level commercial curb. Driver details are sent before every ride.
Departures
For departures, allow for the weekday peaks of roughly 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 to 6:30 p.m., when I-35, Loop 410 and US 281 slow down. Dispatch suggests a pickup time when you book, based on where you are starting and when your flight leaves.
