One ride, two addresses, a price before you go
Point-to-point service is the simplest thing we do: a chauffeur picks you up at one address and drops you at another. It covers a hotel on the River Walk to a meeting in Stone Oak, a home in Alamo Heights to dinner at the Pearl, the Medical Center to a client's office downtown, or San Antonio to New Braunfels or Austin. You book the time, the car arrives before it, and the fare is set when you reserve rather than on the meter.
Starting fares
One-way rides within the metro start at $130 in an executive sedan and $160 in a luxury SUV. Longer routes are priced by distance, and our route pages list the common ones. Airport runs from central San Antonio to SAT, for example, are listed on each route page with sedan and SUV fares. Mercedes-Benz S-Class and Sprinter one-way trips are quoted per trip. If your plans involve waiting, several stops or an open-ended evening, hourly charter at $120 an hour for a sedan or $150 for an SUV, with a three-hour minimum, is usually the better value.
How a point-to-point booking works
- Reserve online or by phone with the pickup address, destination, time and passenger count.
- Add notes that help: a gate code, a hotel entrance, a second passenger's number or extra luggage.
- Driver details are sent before the ride so you know who is coming.
- Your chauffeur waits at the confirmed pickup point, helps with bags and takes the route that suits the traffic of the moment.
Traffic, timing and the San Antonio grid
Most cross-town trips use some combination of I-35, I-10, US 281, Loop 410 and Loop 1604. The loops make it possible to avoid downtown, but they also carry the heaviest weekday traffic, roughly 7:00 to 9:00 in the morning and 4:00 to 6:30 in the evening. Loop 410 near The Rim and La Cantera slows on weekends, and US 281 north of Loop 1604 is predictable in both directions. We time pickups for the traffic you will actually meet, and on Fiesta days, Spurs nights and convention weeks dispatch plans around closures and event crowds.
When point-to-point is the right choice
Choose it when you know where you are going and do not need the car to wait: an airport transfer, a ride to a single meeting, dinner with a separate ride home, or an intercity trip. It is also the right way to book guests who arrive and leave at different times. When a day has three or more stops, switch to hourly service so the chauffeur stays with you.
Policies that apply
Reservations are made in advance; we are not an on-demand taxi and do not accept street hails. Same-day requests are accepted when capacity allows. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Child safety seats are available on request with the child's age and weight.
