Cars that run on the event timeline
A wedding or a big night out has a schedule that does not move: the first look, the ceremony, the photographs, the grand entrance, the send-off. Our job is to have the right vehicle at each of those moments without anyone in the party thinking about it. You give us the run of show, the addresses and a contact on the day, and dispatch builds the transportation around it: pickup times with a buffer for San Antonio traffic, a staging point at each venue, and a chauffeur who confirms by text before every move.
The same planning applies to galas at downtown hotels, anniversary dinners, quinceañeras, graduation parties and nights at a Spurs game or a concert at the Frost Bank Center, where the crowd leaving the arena is the hard part and a pre-agreed pickup point makes the difference.
Choosing vehicles for a wedding party
Most couples use a mix. A Mercedes-Benz S-Class or an executive sedan for the couple, a luxury SUV for parents or the officiant, and a Sprinter for the wedding party or guests moving between the hotel and the venue. Each vehicle is priced by the hour with a three-hour minimum:
- Executive sedan (Mercedes-Benz E-Class), up to 3 passengers: $120 an hour.
- Luxury SUV (Cadillac Escalade), up to 6 passengers: $150 an hour.
- Mercedes-Benz S-Class, up to 3 passengers: from $230 an hour.
- Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, up to 14 passengers: from $240 an hour.
S-Class and Sprinter rates are starting rates, and the booking form confirms the final price. A single one-way ride, for example the couple from the reception to their hotel, can be booked point-to-point instead, starting at $130 in a sedan and $160 in an SUV.
How the day is planned
Book as early as your date is set; Fiesta in April, graduation weekends and big convention weeks fill up first. About two weeks out, send the final timeline, the headcount per vehicle, the venue contacts and any parking or access rules. Hill Country venues along I-10 toward Boerne and ranch properties outside the city often have gravel drives or gated entries, and downtown hotels on the River Walk have busy driveways on Saturday evenings; tell us what you know and we will plan the approach. On the day, each chauffeur carries the timeline and a contact number for your coordinator, and the vehicles stay on site for the hours booked.
Point-to-point or hourly for events
If the car needs to wait, for photographs, a ceremony or a dinner, book hourly. If it is a single move, such as guests from a hotel to the venue, point-to-point is simpler. Many wedding plans combine both: an hourly block for the couple and a Sprinter, plus one-way rides for grandparents who leave early.
Good to know before you book
Share anything unusual early: a second pickup for the bridal party, a late send-off, or guests with mobility needs, since standard vehicles are not wheelchair accessible and accessible vehicles need separate arrangement. Child safety seats are available on request with the child's age and weight. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund; later cancellations may be charged because the vehicle and chauffeur were reserved for your time.
